Ben Bander Abudawood, professionally known as Ben Bander  who was born in Saudi Arabia. Ben is a highly accomplished HR consultant, author, and academic with extensive experience in various fields. 

My Professional Journey

My professional journey has been nothing short of diverse and exciting. With over 19 years of experience, I've held senior positions in the field of Human Resources in various large companies, particularly in the healthcare and banking industries. As an HR consultant, I've had the privilege of offering valuable insights and guidance to companies across the globe, from the United Kingdom and the United States to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Academic Pursuits

I believe in the power of education and continuous learning. I hold an MBA degree and a Master's in Organizational Psychology from the United Kingdom. Currently, I'm on the path to further academic excellence as I pursue a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior.

Research Interests

My academic journey is fueled by a deep passion for research. I'm particularly interested in employee engagement, recruitment, training and development, gender diversity and equality, organizational behavior, well-being, astrology, and even astronomy. My expertise in these areas allows me to develop effective strategies and interventions to create positive work environments.

Author and Gamer

Beyond my work in the professional realm, I'm also an accomplished author. I've written numerous novels and academic books, covering a wide range of topics, including organizational behavior, leadership, and the intricacies of human resources. Writing is a passion I hold dear.

I'm not just about work, though. I'm also an avid gamer, and I've ventured into the exciting world of game development. I've successfully built and developed several games, combining my love for gaming with my knowledge of HR and organizational psychology.

Trainer and Lecturer

Education is another aspect of my journey. As a trainer and lecturer, I've had the privilege of sharing my knowledge with over 20,000 professionals in various areas of business management, HR, leadership, interview skills, time management, KPIs, and PMS. My dynamic teaching style has made me a sought-after speaker at conferences and corporate events.

My training extends across the globe. I've conducted sessions in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, the United States (specifically in Boston and Delaware), UK and the Philippines. It's a gratifying experience to contribute to the growth and development of HR professionals worldwide.
